2. Products & Accuracy
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.
Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, taxes, or customs duties, which are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-4 business days (standard) or 1-3 business days (express). International shipping via FedEx typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
International orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. The Vital Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@thevital.co within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
6. Member Accounts & Discounts
Creating an account is free and entitles you to a 5% discount on all orders. This discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in, or manually via a provided discount code.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the member discount program at any time. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
7. Ambassador Program
Participation in The Vital Co. Ambassador Program is by application and subject to approval. Ambassadors earn a commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique link or discount code.
Commission rates, cookie duration, and payout terms are disclosed at the time of enrollment and may be modified with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate any ambassador relationship at our discretion if program terms are violated.
Ambassadors must not make medical claims, false testimonials, or misleading statements about our products. All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising and FTC disclosure regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of The Vital Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
