One rule, and it is not optional

Every time you post about our products, you must disclose that you earn a commission. The US Federal Trade Commission requires it, and so do we.

What that means in practice:

  • Put the disclosure where people will actually see it — at the start of a caption or the top of a post, not buried after “more” or in a wall of hashtags.
  • Say it plainly. “Paid partnership”, “I earn a commission on this link” or “#ad” all work. “#sp”, “collab” and “thanks to” do not.
  • In video, say it out loud as well as on screen. In a livestream, repeat it periodically.
  • Only describe results you have actually had. Do not promise outcomes, and do not say or imply that any of our products treat, prevent or cure a condition — they are dietary supplements, not medicines.
  • Stay inside what is printed on the panel and on the product page. If a claim is not there, please do not make it on our behalf.

Posts without a clear disclosure are not eligible for commission, and we may end the partnership. This protects you as much as us — the FTC can and does act against both the brand and the individual.
