At The Vital Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@the-vital.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided. Products must be in their original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@the-vital.co within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscribe & Save orders can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. To cancel, email support@the-vital.co or manage your subscription through your account dashboard. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy from the date of each shipment's delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and are more than 50% consumed, unless the product is defective.
