Shipping Policy — The Vital Co.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Fulfillment:
All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner, Supliful. Products ship from US-based facilities.

Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard: 2-4 business days in transit. $4.50-$13.75, calculated by order weight at checkout.
- Express: 1-3 business days in transit. $9.00-$22.50, calculated by order weight at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on US orders with a subtotal of $70 or more at checkout. The discount covers up to $11.00 of shipping cost. On a heavier order, or if you choose Express, anything above $11.00 is charged as normal.
- Below $70, and on every international order, we charge shipping at cost — the rate you see at checkout is what the carrier charges us.
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:
- We ship to selected countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Rates are calculated at checkout by order weight and destination. The free shipping threshold is US only.

Subscriptions:
Shipping is charged on each delivery at the same weight-based rates as a one-time order. The $70 free shipping threshold applies to one-time purchases only and does not apply to subscription deliveries.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@the-vital.co and we will investigate with the carrier.
